Terms of Use · 10 September 2026

Understand the risks.
Choose for yourself.

By accepting these terms and starting the miner, you agree to use MineQuantus at your own risk and accept the responsibilities below. If you do not agree, do not start mining.

Your device and costs

Mining uses computing resources and electricity. It generates heat, can reduce responsiveness and battery life, and may accelerate hardware wear or cause damage. You are responsible for monitoring your equipment, cooling, power consumption and costs. Use only equipment and networks you own or have permission to use, and stop if your device overheats or behaves unexpectedly.

No promise of earnings

Mining rewards are uncertain and may be zero. Electricity and other costs can exceed earnings. Hashrate, network difficulty, token value, pool availability and payout rules can change. A displayed solution or share count does not prove that a pool has credited you or that payment is due. MineQuantus does not guarantee rewards, profitability, token value, uninterrupted service or any specific performance.

Your pool and wallet

You choose the pool and receiving address. Check that the address is correct and that you control it. The selected pool handles your rewards under its own fees, minimums, confirmation requirements and payout rules. MineQuantus does not hold or distribute your third-party pool rewards and cannot recover an incorrect payment or a lost private key. You accept the risks of the pool, the network, software failures, rejected work and interrupted connections.

Fees and permission to mine

The miner displays its developer contribution before Start. Developer work is capped at that percentage of hash attempts, separately in each CPU/GPU worker and only after user work earns the corresponding allowance. Unused allowances may be discarded, so the contribution can be lower. Network delays, hashing speed and pool share difficulty can make time spent, accepted shares and rewards differ from this percentage; the selected pool's reward fees apply separately. Starting gives permission to use your device for the disclosed user and developer mining work. Stop ends that session. Hiding or closing the page stops mining, and reloading does not start it automatically.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding whether mining is appropriate for you, obtaining any required permissions, and complying with laws and tax obligations that apply to you. This website provides mining software and information, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Do not use it to mine secretly on someone else's device or interfere with other systems.

Bugs, failures and no service commitment

This is experimental software. It may contain bugs, errors or vulnerabilities; calculate or display information incorrectly; reject, lose or misroute work; fail to connect; or stop operating. Networks, hosting providers, pools and other third parties can also fail. These problems may cause lost work, delayed or missing payouts, lost rewards, data loss or other loss. You accept these risks when you use the miner.

MineQuantus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no promise or guarantee of availability, correctness, security, compatibility, performance, earnings, payouts, support, updates or continued operation. We do not commit to providing any minimum level or duration of service. Features or access may be changed, suspended or discontinued, including without notice where permitted by law.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties and liability for losses or damage arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use MineQuantus. This includes bugs, errors, outages, hardware damage, energy costs, failed or missing payouts, lost rewards, lost profits, lost data, security incidents and third-party failures. You use the software at your own responsibility and bear these risks and costs.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud where it cannot be excluded.

Session information

The browser may remember your receiving address on this device. Entering an address with Quanpool selected requests that address's public pool activity through our website, even before mining starts. Running a session sends your address, a generated worker name and mining work through our connection service to the selected pool. The connection service and hosting providers process connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. Pool use is also subject to that pool's published terms and privacy practices. We never need your wallet's private key.
